Dealing with an unfaithful spouse is your worst nightmare when you take your vows. You stood their in front of family, friends and god and swore that you would live your life loyally to the person standing across from you until the day you died. Now all of a sudden you are starting to wonder if they took the vows as seriously as you did. All of a sudden you are asking yourself the question, what do when you think your spouse is cheating?

The first thing you have to ask yourself is why do you think they are cheating?

Did they stay out late with their friends a couple of nights last week?

Did they brush you off for sex the other night and now you think they are getting it somewhere else?

Experiencing things like this are normal during the course of a marriage so don't worry about. When you need to start raising some concern is when they are happening all the time and they are doing things out of character.

Cell phones and computers are always an easy spot. When you have a spouse who is constantly talking about how anyone text messaging is and then they add an extra $50 to the phone bill because of excessive texting, that may be a warning sign. Same said with an obsession of checking their email. That may be the major form of communication and they are worried that if they miss an email, they may miss an opportunity to hook up with their newest person of interest.

While someone not being interested in sex every now and then is not a big deal, when they turn it down all the time and are showing no interest in you whatsoever, red lights and whistles should be going off in your head. You may want to start paying a little more attention as to how they dress when they leave the house and exactly how much time they are spending away from home. They very well may be in a full fledges affair and you are going to get caught on the outside looking in.

There are more signs like constantly starting fights, showing total disinterest, buying new clothes that you never see and claiming to work excessive overtime. You could fill pages up with the signs that your spouse may be cheating on you. In the end though, you just sort of know and will have to trust your instinct. You need proof before you confront them, but you really do just know, don't you? In the end, only you can really answer the question of what to do when you think your spouse is cheating because it is your life. Nobody ever said it was going to be easy, but unfortunately you are going to have to find out for sure one way or another.
