That's certainly grounds for suspicion!

Anyone who has been working all day, no matter what their job, cannot possibly end up looking as pristine or smelling as sweetly as they did when starting out. Unless, of course, they have had occasion to "spiff up" before coming home. If you know that this has been their habit all along, well and good.
